He will take the time to make the customers aware of all the steps involved, give them an estimate for the contract and answer any questions in order for them to make an informed choice. If clients do not have a specific plan, Jurek will give them practical ideas for developing a plan and can offer referrals for architects, designers or structural engineers if needed. All clients are encouraged to see a completed Rusand home and talk to the homeowners.

Major Renovations

A major renovation to an existing home is one that would remove all but the outside structure of the building. New floors, wiring, plumbing, heating, walls, drywall, ceilings, and windows are all part of a major project. This renovation can ultimately provide an owner with a completely new home while maintaining the character and integrity of the original structure. Clients will be given a client list so that they can see a completed renovation project done by Rusand.
